Overview
โsliceโ offers credit to young adults and millennials and provides a seamless payment experience via slice-card. Over time, our offerings and payment plans evolved, but we started observing lapses in repayment experience at certain points. The existing repayment flow had multiple drop-off points, leading to delayed payments and increased customer support queries.
To address this, we collaborated closely with the product team and conducted extensive user interviews to understand how different user segments with varied credit limits perceive their dues and components (e.g., EMIs, interest, late fees). We redesigned the experience by simplifying payment plans and due breakdowns. We also introduced clearer monthly statements and EMI details pages to help users effortlessly track and manage their payments.
The new experience was tailored for our varied user base, creating a more intuitive, transparent, and clutter-free journey that helped users make better-informed repayment decisions.
