Overview
'slice' is an Indian fintech unicorn that provides lending, transactions, and banking services. Our customer support teams used third-party tools for chat support, and information was scattered across multiple platforms. This created inefficiencies and made it challenging to manage support interactions smoothly.
To address this, we built an in-house support platform to bring the essential elements of customer support - Chat, Calls, Tickets, and User Activity - into one platform. This would boost productivity and offer a better foundation for more advanced support features in the future.
The project resulted in 14% faster resolutions and a 17% higher CSAT score within just 1 month of launch. And is receiving positive feedback from sliceโs support teams.
