In 2021, I worked as a Product Design Intern at CRED. CRED is a fin-tech startup that rewards users for paying for their credit card bills. One of their offerings is CRED Cash - an instant credit line for its members (users with a Credit Score >750). I worked on multiple problem statements to improve the drawdown and loan management experience of the product.

I worked on multiple problem statements during my time working on CRED Cash. Most of them are related to dealing with bank-related issues that occur during Withdrawal & EMI payments.
